In terms of mediation work, the details in this website may assist you in making your decisions about mediation and approaches to resolving any dispute you may be involved in – particularly in those areas – and whether he is the mediator for you.
Mediation is a changing field with different approaches and needs training grounded on practical experience in the relevant area of law. It very much requires a personal and practical approach. Problem areas of personal relationships can be particularly difficult. Parties often need assistance to try to resolve issues ahead of court hearings and other stages in the litigation process. That is particularly important for those attempting to avoid the costs, delays and tensions associated with litigation and the emotional, financial and other demands of such cases.
